If you forget your password when you log in to your Shopee account, please do refer to the steps below to reset account password.

Select【Forgot?/Forgot Password】via the Log In page ➜ Enter【Phone Number or Email】linked to your account ➜ Select【Next】 ➜ Enter【Verification Code】sent via SMS ➜ Set a new Password ➜ Select【OK】 .

🔹 On Shopee App: 

💡 If you entered your email address instead of phone number, a verification link will be sent to that email address then you can proceed to set a new password via the verification link.

🔶 Log in to Shopee account via SMS：

🔹 On Shopee App: 

Go to the【Me Page】tab via Shopee App ➜ Select【Log In】➜ Log In with SMS ➜ Enter【Phone Number】➜ Select【Next】➜ Enter【Verification Code】➜ Select【Next】.

🔹 On Shopee Website:

Go to 【Log In page】 ➜ Select【Log In with Phone Number】➜ Enter【Phone Number】➜ Select【Next】➜ Enter【Verification Code】➜ Select【Next】.

After logging in, please change your account password via App or Website.

💡 Note:

1. Passwords are required to have:

   ● A minimum of 8 characters (maximum 16 characters).       

   ● At least one uppercase and one lowercase character.

2. You are encouraged to include numbers and symbols (e.g. !@#$%^&*) to create a strong password that is harder to guess.
